How did TruKid start?
TruKid started when CEO Jennifer Adams found her children playfully applying her wrinkle cream. She realized she hadn't found anything suitable on the market for her children's young skin. She decided to launch her own skincare line and along the way found out about all of the awful things found in mainstream lines. Parabens, Phthalates and avobenzone and oxybenzone (both found in sunscreen), just to name a few, were found to potentially cause cancer, birth defects and neuro-damage. Jennifer decided that her products were going to be completely natural with only natural fragrances made from essential oils and ingredients that are completely organic. TruKid was born and remains toxic chemical free!

How do I buy TruKid products?
All TruKid products are available for purchase online. Simply click on the "our products" link and you will be ready to start healthy habits with the TruKid line.
What is your return policy?
We value you as a customer and we appreciate your business. If you wish to return your product for any reason within 30 days you will receive a full product cost refund, the only thing we ask is that you please let us know what you didn't like about the product so that we may look into making a better product for all of our customers.

Can TruKid be used on babies?
Yes and No. Our daily lotions are perfect for babies because they are so gentle; however, there are no sunscreens on the market that are recommended for children under 6 months old. We suggest you keep infants out of direct sunlight and cover them with hats and clothes when you go out. TruKid is safe and fun for the whole family.
Why should I choose organic skin care for my kids?
A majority of products on the market contain toxic ingredients. Children are more susceptible to these chemicals than adults because kids' brains and bodies are still developing. TruKid™ Inc. does not use harmful substances in any of our products.
Do you test your products on animals?
No, but we do test on our willing staff, families and friends to see what they like and don't like.
Can I use your products if I am pregnant or nursing?
Some essential oils are not good for pregnant women to use. Please check with a doctor before putting any herbs on or into your body.
Should I do a patch test before using your products?
TruKid is made from all natural ingredients, but everyone is different and some people could be allergic to certain products. It is best to do a small patch test before using any new product.
